Do you work supporting the wellbeing of others?
SandStory Skills® equips practitioners who are not qualified therapists/counsellors with essential, safe skills to support the emotional wellbeing and personal development of children and young people in their care.
SandStory Skills® transcends verbal communication and gives participants a voice and an opportunity to tell their ‘story’. It is not a therapy but provides a session structure that ensures practitioners are working safely and respectfully within the remit of their roles. These skills harness the person’s natural instinct to engage in playful storytelling and give the practitioner confidence to understand and support the storytelling process.
